Best Season to Visit

How to Reach
- By Air: The nearest active airport is Skardu Airport (SKD). Roundu Valley is about 50-60 km away, which is roughly a 1.5 to 2-hour drive.
- By Road: You can reach Roundu Valley by car or jeep from Skardu city using the main roads. It is located along the Indus River, accessible from the Skardu-Gilgit road network.
- By Train: There are no train services to Skardu. The nearest active railway station is Rawalpindi Railway Station (RWP). From Rawalpindi, you would need to drive for about 15-20 hours to reach Skardu, then continue to Roundu Valley.
- By Public Transport: From Skardu city, you can find local shared jeeps or vans heading towards the Gilgit side along the Karakoram Highway. Ask for a stop in the Roundu Valley area.
