Welcome to the National Tourism Portal (hereinafter referred to as “the Portal”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), proudly operated and maintained by National Tourism Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Portal and its services. By using this Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Portal.

1. Ownership & Management

This Portal is owned, operated, and maintained by National Tourism Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., a private sector organization committed to promoting and developing tourism throughout Pakistan. The Portal functions as a centralized digital gateway, connecting local and international travelers to the rich heritage, diverse landscapes, and cultural experiences that Pakistan has to offer.

This initiative is proudly supported by the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) and the Prime Minister Youth Program, reflecting the Government of Pakistan’s commitment to youth empowerment and sustainable tourism development.

2. Scope of Our Service

Through the National Tourism Portal, we provide:

• Verified tourism information including destinations, itineraries, cultural events, and official travel advisories.

• Listings and referrals to licensed third-party tourism service providers such as hotels, tour operators, travel agents, transport services, restaurants, and tourist guides.

• A unified platform for tourism-related development projects and government-supported initiatives.

Important Note: We are not a commercial travel agency. The Portal does not directly sell, operate, or book travel packages or services.

3. DTS Licensing & Service Commitment

All service providers listed on the Portal — including hotels, tour operators, travel agents, restaurants, and tourist guides — are licensed by the Department of Tourist Services (DTS). This ensures that they meet legal and professional standards set by tourism authorities in Pakistan.

In case of miscommitment, negligence, or unsatisfactory services by any listed provider, users are encouraged to report the issue directly to the Department of Tourist Services (DTS) for investigation and appropriate action.

4. User Obligations

By accessing or using the Portal, users agree to:

• Use the Portal for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting forms, inquiries, or feedback.

• Not reproduce, republish, transmit, or exploit Portal content without express written permission.

Any misuse of the Portal, including violations of these Terms, may lead to restricted access, legal action, or both under applicable Pakistani law.

5. Third-Party Services & Content

The Portal may include integrations with third-party platforms, links to external websites, or content provided by affiliated services. While we strive to feature reliable and vetted services:

• We do not control or guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, or availability of third-party offerings.

• All interactions or transactions with third-party providers are at your own discretion and are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
